Protection Dog, Owner-Trained & Certified Exceptional
All fees for the Owner-Trained Exceptional Program are non-refundable. By enrolling in the program, you agree to the following terms:

Certification Process Fees:

Fees cover the comprehensive evaluation process, including video assessments, consultation, and live interviews.

No refunds will be issued if a dog does not meet the certification criteria or fails to pass the verification process.

Resubmission Fees:

Resubmission fees apply if additional attempts are necessary after the first included resubmission. These fees are non-refundable.

A 45-day waiting period applies for a second attempt, with a $250 resubmission fee.

For a third attempt, a 6-month waiting period applies, along with an additional $250 fee.

Maintenance Fees:

Quarterly check-in fees are required to maintain certification validity.

Failure to complete check-ins will result in suspension after 60 days of non-submission and invalidation after 180 days of non-submission.

Tru Mission K9 may evaluate refund requests in extraordinary situations (e.g., medical emergencies preventing participation).
