The Owner hereby retains Tru Mission K9, LLC (“TMK9”) to provide breeding support for the Dog(s) under the following terms and conditions as set forth in this Breeding Support Agreement (the “Agreement”):
Breeding Services. TMK9 agrees to provide breeding support services, which may include but are not limited to, selection of breeding pairs, artificial insemination, whelping assistance, and postnatal care.
Health and Testing. The Owner warrants that the Dog(s) involved in breeding are in good health and have undergone necessary health screenings and genetic testing. The Owner must provide proof of health clearances prior to breeding. TMK9 reserves the right to refuse breeding services if the Dog(s) do not meet health and genetic standards.
Veterinary Care. If the Dog(s) require veterinary care related to breeding, TMK9 will make a reasonable attempt to contact the Owner. If the Owner cannot be reached or in case of an emergency, TMK9 will arrange for veterinary care. All veterinary fees are the responsibility of the Owner.
Whelping and Postnatal Care. TMK9 will provide whelping assistance and postnatal care as agreed upon with the Owner. The Owner must provide any specific instructions or requirements for whelping and care of the puppies.
Ownership and Registration. The Owner retains ownership of the Dog(s) and any puppies born as a result of the breeding. The Owner is responsible for registering the puppies with the appropriate kennel club or registry.
Payment. All fees for breeding support services are due upon completion of the services. TMK9 shall have a lien on the Dog(s) and any puppies for any unpaid charges. TMK9 may exercise its lien rights and dispose of the Dog(s) or puppies for any unpaid charges, as detailed in the Client Training Agreement.
Liability. TMK9 is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or complications that may arise during breeding, whelping, or postnatal care, except in cases of gross negligence. The Owner assumes all risk and responsibility for the Dog(s) and any puppies.
