Boarding Agreement

The Owner hereby retains Tru Mission K9, LLC (“TMK9”) to board the Dog(s) under the following terms and conditions as set forth in this Boarding Agreement

(the “Agreement”):

Boarding Services. TMK9 agrees to provide boarding services for the Dog(s) during the period specified by the Owner. The Dog(s) will be housed in a safe, clean, and comfortable environment with access to food, water, and exercise as required.

Health and Vaccinations. The Owner warrants that the Dog(s) are in good health and have received all necessary vaccinations, including but not limited to rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and bordetella. The Owner must provide proof of current vaccinations prior to boarding. TMK9 reserves the right to refuse boarding services if the Dog(s) do not meet health and vaccination requirements.

Veterinary Care. If the Dog(s) require veterinary care during the boarding period, TMK9 will make a reasonable attempt to contact the Owner. If the Owner cannot be reached or in case of an emergency, TMK9 will arrange for veterinary care as detailed in the Client Training Agreement. All veterinary fees are the responsibility of the Owner.

Medications. If the Dog(s) require medications during boarding, the Owner must provide detailed instructions for administration. TMK9 will make every effort to administer medications as instructed but is not responsible for any adverse reactions.

Personal Belongings. The Owner may bring personal items for the Dog(s) (e.g., bedding, toys). TMK9 is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Aggressive Behavior. The Owner must disclose any aggressive behavior of the Dog(s) as specified in the Client Training Agreement. TMK9 reserves the right to refuse or discontinue boarding services for aggressive dogs.

Abandonment. If there is no Owner contact within 14 calendar days after the scheduled pick-up date, the Dog(s) shall be deemed abandoned. TMK9 will make every reasonable attempt to contact the Owner. TMK9 then has the legal right to place the Dog(s) with a new owner. The Owner remains liable for all boarding fees.

Liability. TMK9 is not responsible for any injuries or illnesses that the Dog(s) may incur during boarding, except in cases of gross negligence. The Owner assumes all risk and responsibility for the Dog(s).

Payment. All boarding fees are due upon pick-up of the Dog(s). TMK9 shall have a lien on the Dog(s) for any unpaid charges. TMK9 may exercise its lien rights and dispose of the Dog(s) for any unpaid charges, as detailed in the Client Training Agreement.
